A buying cooperative is a partnership between neighbors to buy goods (in this case, dry grains, beans, etc) in bulk to save money. For products like beans, buying in bulk often affords 60-80% savings! If we can get enough interest in the Grand Isle area, we'll meet to coordinate our first purchase.
